THE ENERGY CREDIT RULES

NRG Credits are only available to members of NRG Credits program.

The NRG Credit Rules and Privacy Policy pertaining to NRG Credits Ltd form part of these rules.

NRG Credits can only be purchased or earned as rewards through the NRG Credits program.

NRG Credits can only be paid into a nominated energy retailer account or accounts.

The credit accruing via NRG Credits is paid into the nominated energy account quarterly on 30^th March,30th June, 30 September and 31^st December each year.

Each NRG Credit has a life of 5 years starting from the last day of the month in which they were bought or earned via the NRG Credit program Partners.

Earning Credits can be transferred to any person who is a member of The NRG Credits program. In the event that a member wishes to transfer NRG Credits to a person who is not a member, then that person must first join the NRG Credits program and be accepted before the transfer can be effected.

In the event that NRG Credits are transferred to another person the credit due for half yearly payment will be split proportionately between the Transferor and transferee.

NRG Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. They can be sold to another member via the NRG Credits Trading platform at the Club’s website or by direct communication.

Where an NRG Credit has not been owned for the duration of the full half year, a credit proportional to the amount of time the NRG Credit has been owned based on the number of months that the NRG Credit has been established. No fraction of a month will be counted.

Members must retain proof of payment either by way of a cash register docket, an identifiable written docket or paid invoice where the NRG Credits have been acquired through an NRG Credit Partner.

Proof of payment must be retained for a minimum of 6 calendar months and the Club may requested them to be delivered to the Club as verification of a claim for NRG Credits.

Where more than one item on a Proof of Payment is eligible to qualify for free NRG Credits, the items which are being claimed for must be underlined.

GST is not to be counted towards the amount claimed in NRG Credits.

Where the Club requests Proof of Payment to be forwarded to the Club and it is found that the amount claimed does not correlated with the Proof of Payments the member will forfeit twenty five percent (25%) of the amount of NRG Credits claimed.

If the claim is found to be fraudulent then the member will forfeit all those NRG Credits that have been earned to date and the membership will be cancelled.

In the event that a membership is cancelled either by the Club or the Member those NRG Credits which have been paid for by the Member will remain live until the 5^th anniversary.

Each member will be allocated a NRG Credit bank page accessible via a username and password. It is the member’s responsibility to see that the data and account details in their NRG Credit bank are up to date and correct, including their nominated current energy supplier account or accounts details.

To make a claim, members must complete at claim form located at the Club’s website and submit it electronically. The claim form must contain all of the information requested on the claim form and the Partner9s) code against who a claim for free NRG Credits is being made.

The commencement date of any NRG Credits earned via a Partner will not be credited to the Member’s account until the Club has received payment from the NRG Credit Partner.

In the event a Partner defaults in payment for the NRG Credits earned those NRG Credits will be forfeited. The club accepts no responsibility for the financial viability, failure or any other loss caused by a Partner.

Disputed claims or incorrect allocations of NRG Credits must be submitted to the Club in writing. Such disputed claims must be resolved by the Club and the Member within 14 working days.
